KRIDHATUTOR Consultancy recognizes and understands a home tutor or tutorial tutor as freelance in nature unless and until that tutor is employed under payroll under the consultancy. Thus KRIDHATUTOR Consultancy do not undertake any liability of tutoring qualities, behavioral aspects, or any other issues regarding the tutor and his tutoring.
KRIDHATUTOR Consultancy recognizes and understands a student as a client entity of the above mentioned freelance home tutor. KRIDHATUTOR gather market information for the availability of such client students and pass them to the relevant respective tutors in lieu of a monetary commission that we call it as ‘agency commission’ from the respective tutor.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY recognizes and understands by a parent or guardian as a client entity of the above mentioned freelance home tutor especially in cases where students are below 18 years of age and dependent on their parents and guardians for their decisions and expenses.
A parent can be the mother, the father, any siblings and whoever having direct blood relation and identifying himself or herself as the parent to the KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY during lead generation, conversion and service negotiation.
A guardian can be a parent with direct blood relation, or anyone else legally identified as the caretaker of the student (especially of minor age at less than 18 years) by the parents or by the court of law. KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY does not take the legal evidences of parenthood or guardianship of the students, and thus cannot take any kind of responsibilities for the authenticity of the information given by the respective parent or guardian during the time of lead generation, conversion and service negotiation.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY takes the word of mouth of the respective parent or guardian as the best available information for the case.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY as a tutor consultancy and provider agency gathers lead information on available students from the market and passes that to the prospective freelance tutor for further processing of the lead and closure of the deal. KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY have no responsibilities for the closure of the deal between the student (parent or guardian of the student in most cases) and such closures are totally bilateral in nature between the student and the tutor entities.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY also does not undertake any liability or responsibility for payments or collection of the fees or remuneration either on behalf of the student or the freelance tutor. KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY collects its own commission from the respective tutors for providing them their required and usually very highly sought-after information of availability of an eligible student.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY does not take liabilities and responsibilities of cases of non-payments of tuition fees. As KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY provides the links and information of the student to tutors, the agency consultancy fee immediately becomes due from the respective tutor.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY does not take any liabilities and responsibilities on the quality of teaching of the freelance tutor. Neither KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY take any liability and responsibility on the behavior of the freelance tutor with the respective student or the parent anyhow.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY does not take any liabilities and responsibilities on the information provided by the teachers about their career, profile and experiences. Any incorrect information provided by the teachers to KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY is solely their own responsibility and liability.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY does not take any liabilities and responsibilities on the information provided by the student and the parents or guardian of the student. Any incorrect information provided by the student or parents or guardians to KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY is solely their own responsibility and liability.
The student and/or parents and/or guardian are expected to check all the information and credentials provided by the teacher to the KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY as well as to the respective student and parents and guardian.
The student and/or parents and/or guardian should satisfy themselves about the effectiveness and efficiency of the respective teacher before recruitment. They can discuss or negotiate with the teacher before any class either by phone or by personally meeting at the home of the student or any other place as per convenience of both the parties. The student and/or parents and/or guardian can ask for some demo class for free and if the teacher is willing then he can provide demo class for maximum of one week (one or two demo classes on count) for free.
The teacher or home tutor is expected to check all the information given by the student and/or parents and/or guardian.
The tutor should satisfy himself about the reliability and accuracy of payment of monthly fees by the student and/or parents and/or guardian and also all related terms and conditions regarding the payments with the student and/or parents and/or guardian.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY asks the tutor to carefully inspect and justify the location and locality of the student’s home before committing the assignment as the home tutor for that respective student. The tutor should feel comfortable and convenient to travel to the respective student’s house on the assigned dates maintaining due attendance and punctuality.
KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY advices tutors to negotiate all the issues of dates and days of studies based on the convenience of the tutor and the student and/or parents and/or guardian. In case of any change of date or absence the respective tutor is advised to discuss the same with the student and/or parents and/or guardian to avoid any kind of miscommunication and such issues.
I will not blame or try to pass any liability or responsibility to KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY for any misinformation or misunderstandings with the respective home tutor in any issues regarding academic efficiency and studies, behavior, attendance and punctuality, etc.
I will pay the assured sum of fees which was quoted to the KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY during search and recruitment of the respective home tutor in time without fail for any reason whatsoever.
I have read the terms and conditions in full and agree with all the points and clauses.
I understand by commercial terms and conditions with KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY for exchange of information of the lead of the respective student and its conversion. KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY incurred expenses for market research and campaigns for gathering positive leads those are convertible. As the respective tutor, I have to pay KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY their consultancy service charge value as assigned to me by KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY (in one single pay or 2 months break installments) to the collection personnel or the online payment system of the KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY.
I will provide absolutely free 1 or 2 demo class maximum (spanning for 1 week at most) to the respective student for free for the purpose of assessment by the student and/or parents and/or the guardian if asked by them for the same.
I will scrutinize and satisfy myself about my comfort and convenience about the location and locality of the student’s home so that I can reach at every date at the best punctual timings.
I will share all relevant academic information and commercial information of the respective student with KRIDHATUTOR CONSULTANCY for the purpose of record and assessment of both the student as well as the tutor.
I have read the terms and conditions in full and agree with all the points and clauses.
Educators can join KridhaTutor Consultancy at no cost. After completing the registration process, educators will receive relevant vacancy leads from the KridhaTutor Consultancy team. Once an educator takes up a role from KridhaTutor leads, they become liable to pay service charges to KridhaTutor Consultancy.
Payment Structure
1. First Option: Two-Month Payment Plan**
– 1st Month: 30% of the decided salary between the institution and the educator.
– 2nd Month: 30% of the decided salary between the institution and the educator.
2. Second Option: One-Time Payment
– One-Time Payment**: 50% of the decided salary between the institution and the educator.
Payment Options
The amount can be paid by cash, online payments, or bank transfer, whichever is suitable for the educator.
Cancellation/Discontinuation Policy for educators
In cases where the employment is discontinued or canceled within the first two months, the educator is required to pay 30% of the total amount received during this period. This ensures fair compensation for the leads provided and the efforts of KridhaTutor Consultancy.
