And actually it is harder to write what not to eat or drink because almost all foods have their own pros and cons and each have convincing good points for eating or drinking during respective appropriate time. Even those things that are known as notorious drugs, they are also important and applicable in certain medical situations where they can become a life-saver or a magical cure. One can easily declare that addictions like alcohol and nicotine are absolute villains but there arise situations or appropriate conditions where even they become important as an effective solution as a medicine. Obviously we should stay far away from any kind of substance abuse or addictions, hence daily consumption of such restricted compounds are to be strictly avoided.
Hence all those substances that usually fall under the category as to be strictly avoidable or prohibited during studying are actually prohibited even generally for all persons who are not even students. In the current academic world, energy drinks are the first choice for many nowadays when they feel very low or exhausted. And those drinks also usually act too fast and too intense to make the person really feel better and energetic. But all that with a very high cost over your health.
Initially during taking such drinks generate a good amount of physiological stress inside your body. The shot of the high dose caffeine combined with the high quantity of nutrition-less empty calorie of simple sugars form a lethal combination for your body’s internal chemistry specially on the endocrine and nervous system. And if one uses them frequently then there are high probabilities for many kinds of chronic health conditions like diabetes or cancer. So we should try utmost to avoid such drinks whatever the provocations are.
These are another category of drinks which offer instant refreshment and energy when you feel tired or exhausted out of studies or anything. Especially in the days of summer and around the schools or colleges or universities there are really big business of these refreshing beverages.
But most unfortunately the students are quite unaware about what they are actually doing to their future health. Maybe instantly there will not be much visible consequences but the future consequences can be really very serious.
And that future can even come after one or more than one decade. And during the occurrence of such consequences one would hardly be able to figure out the source causes date back to 10 or more years. They will keep wondering how and why such a thing such a consequence at all happened to them! Have you ever seen any case of cancer or blood sugar or thyroid malfunction can anyhow trace back to the triggering cause of the disease conditions? Even the most sophisticated medical tests would only point to the existence of the disease condition at that present time but cannot date back to the source.
So it will be an intelligent choice for students to avoid all such foods and beverages that are under the scanner for negative health effects either instantly or in the remote future. And if the education of a student fails to equip the student with this little much of conscience for his or her own wellbeing as well as of his or her family then what is the use of such as education?

Easy to prepare and tasty, these foods have their own appeal which are very suitable for the current lifestyle. But we seldom give a thought on our health. We only look for taste and convenience. And ultimately we end up in paying huge medical bills.
Paying the medical bills are not a big issue for many nowadays. But with those diseases the level of inconveniences, the sufferings and the unhappiness we buy through our consumption of fast foods and junk foods, what about that? Have you ever thought about that?

But that objective today is a total failure. Education today is more about business to earn more and more money but it fails to buy health and happiness for us.
Tobacco contains nicotine which is very harmful for the human body and brain. As in the case of alcoholic beverages, nicotine is also one of the highest abused substances in this world.
Though this is the picture of the United States but actually the global condition is not much different. Almost all countries and all age groups are on the increasing graph with respect to tobacco and nicotine consumption.
This is very important for our academic life. The more we will waste our time behind diseases and treatments the more we will fall back in the pursuit of our academics. Diseases will invite doctors and medicines in your life. The more medicines you will take, more is the weaker and also low-performing you will become. Though you may get cured from the disease, the medicine usually leaves behind some unwanted side-effects that can be evident and harmful even after a long time in future.
Moreover some medicines can have such properties such as drowsiness or sedation, that will directly interact with your brain functions and concentration and damage your studies.
But having a disease but staying away from treatment and medicines is the worst decision possible. Sooner or later the disease can become more devastating to destroy your life, studies, everything.
So it is a best idea to stay away from all kinds of diseases and in case we somehow get into one, then immediately go to the doctor without wasting much time and get it treated as soon as possible with preferably minimum medicine administration.
Many foods are sources of allergy for us. Specially some high protein foods like eggs and meat, and almost all foods from animal sources can be considered with high levels of allergen.
Other than these, one can be allergic to many other foods like nuts, some vegetables, milk and so on. One has to be conscious about these special cases of allergy for any particular individual. If one feels uncomfortable with any food then it is best to avoid it.
As a general norm, food from plant sources are usually low in allergens than foods from animal sources. Moreover animal products other than milk usually have harmful hormones and toxins which are usually not there in the plant products.
You should avoid any kind of allergies at any cost. Allergies not only disrupt and damage studies but are enough capable to totally disrupt the normal life of anyone. Moreover the treatment and medications of allergy often are very complex and time-taking. The medicines are also very harmful with numerous side effects. Most common side effects are like drowsiness, fatigue, nausea which can directly and most easily destroy daily study routines. Long-term treatment of allergy is very complex and very harmful as well.
So as prevention is better than cure, we should stay away from all kinds of allergies at our best.
