Schools and colleges are under closure and students teachers all are coping up with hard times to continue education online from home. Things can get much more tough if students and teachers get into some health issues or cannot maintain their physical fitness due to the sedentary lifestyle.
Almost a couple of years we are facing one of the strangest as well as hardest days in our experience due to Covid 19 pandemic and resulting federal lockdown or prohibitions. The education world is one of the worst hit and students as well as the teachers are at great risk for multiple health issues.
Already studies and the whole education process are under great depression due to the pandemic. Prolonged closure of educational institutes have forced all to continue education at online mode. Not many students and teachers used to be in any kind of regular exercise regime or sports schedule. But things have changed now. We can see a steep rise in sedentary lifestyle due to the closure. Sedentary lifestyle can be harmful for anybody and students are at great risk. Lack of motion will arrest or impair their natural growth process which can be very dangerous for their overall health performance in future. Many teachers are middle aged or higher, sedentary lifestyle can also invite myriads of diseases. If everyone gets sick then how can education and development get carried on?

Many people either don’t have any conception about it and many others have very wrong ideas about it. Both are inappropriate and dangerous in respect to health.
Maybe you are working at your home or maybe you are even going to the office but still you can well belong to the sedentary lifestyle category. When a male person burns less calories than 2400-2600 through physical activities and a female person burns less than 1800-2000 calories through physical activities such a case can easily be categorized under a sedentary lifestyle.
