Refund Terms:
We understand that circumstances may change, and in certain cases, a refund may be necessary. Please review our refund terms outlined below:
Consultancy is not responsible for the payment made directly to the tutor in advance for the service, we are only responsible for the payment which the consultancy receives directly into their business account.
- Consultancy Fee: The consultancy fee, charged from the tutor or guardian side, is non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs incurred during the matching process and ongoing support provided by our consultancy.
- Tutoring Services: Payments made directly to the consultancy for their services are subject to the following refund terms:
- A. Cancellation before the start of tutoring: If a guardian decides to cancel tutoring services before the agreed start date, they may be eligible for a refund of the payment made directly to the consultancy. However, any administrative or processing fees associated with the payment may be deducted from the refund amount.
- B. Cancellation after tutoring has started: Once tutoring services have commenced, refunds for payments made directly to the consultancy will be at the discretion of the tutor. We recommend discussing any potential refund directly with the consultancy, as they have the authority to determine the refund policy for their services.
- C. Unsatisfactory service: In the event that the tutor’s services are unsatisfactory or do not meet the agreed-upon standards, guardians may request a refund. We encourage open communication between the guardian and tutor to resolve any issues before considering a refund. If a resolution cannot be reached, please contact our customer support team, and we will mediate the situation and evaluate the refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that any refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 15 days of the occurrence that warrants the refund. Additionally, any applicable processing or administrative fees associated with the refund may be deducted from the refund amount.
